1. Who are we?

We (5 rivers direct Limited) providing the www.5riversdirect.com website. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (registration number 6559761) and our registered office is at123 Broadway West, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 4DW, United Kingdom.

This publication has been compiled by 5 rivers direct Ltd (referred to as "our, "us or "we). Also within the terms and conditions we may make reference to the customer (referred to as "you "them or "they).   By using this directory you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

2. Copyright

This directory is subject to copyright and protected by copyright laws. No reproduction of this directory or any of its contents, in all forms, is permitted without our prior express written consent.

3. Trade marks

Company, business and product names or marks or logo appearing anywhere in this directory are registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks owned or licensed to us to use in this directory and you may not use any such names, marks or logos without our prior permission by written consent or the consent of the owners.

4. Accuracy and compilation

Reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that the information provided by us in this directory is accurate. Due to receiving this information from numerous third parties, and the contents and classifications of the business entries is based on the information provided at the time of it going into print, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that any information contained in any advertisement  or other material provided in this directory is accurate, up-to-date, complete, reliable or legal. We accept no liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special, caused by any special information contained in any advertisement or other material provided in this directory to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law, including without limitation, any liability for any loss or damage which may arise from any error or omission in relation to spacing, wording, positioning of artwork or telephone numbers for any business entry. This edition of the directory will not be amended or reissued to reflect any new changes which may be required to the details of businesses listed or other material in this directory.

5. Business entries and headings

We may, in our sole discretion place business adverts and listings within the directory free of charge (£0 payment). Headings within this directory are for the ease of use of the directory to allow user friendly use. Therefore this should not be read as an indication by us or trade descriptions under the trade descriptions act 1968. The appearance of a business, its advert or an individual under a particular heading of this directory does not indicate that they are suitable for the requirements of the consumer or are legally or professionally qualified to carry on a particular trade, business or profession. We at 5 rivers direct LTD recommend all users of this directory to thoroughly search as to the suitability type of goods and services offered or the businesses shown and the qualifications held by individuals.

6. Advertising contracts

Goods and services purchased from any advertiser within the directory is a matter entirely between you and them (advertiser). We accept no liability of goods and services purchased or provided or for any loss or damage caused by such goods or services or any other dealings you may have with such advertisers or other third parties to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. To ensure clarity on business adverts, we do not recommend any particular product or service or advertiser advertising its goods or services in this directory or from any other third parties.

7. Cancellation period

Once an advert has been ordered and agreed the customer 7 days from the order date in which to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled within 7 days, a refund of the deposit payment is returned to the customer. If a request for cancellation is made after the 7 day period, the deposit payment is retained and the order is cancelled.

8. Goodwill

We have the sole discretion to offer a gesture of goodwill to a customer. The terms and duration of this gesture is decided by us. A gesture of goodwill is defined as an advert offered at no charge as a promotional tool and/or sales strategy.

9. Customer cycle

• An initial deposit payment of no less than 50% of the total sum is made at the time once your advert has been ordered.
• Payment of the remaining 50% is made within 14 days (including weekends) after the 7 day cancellation period expires. (Please read Cancellation period conditions for further information)

10. Artwork and advert ownership

5 rivers direct will not charge for adverts positioned with any 5 rivers direct products. Please note; no advert designed by 5 rivers direct maybe used in any other media format other than 5 rivers direct Ltd. If you wish to use the advert created by us then there is a minimal £50 release fee involved to do so for the time and efforts of the business.

About these conditions

• For the purpose of these conditions, we refer to the 5riversdirect.com website and the database collectively as 'the website'.
• If you log on to or use any part of the website you agree to these conditions. If you do not want to agree to these conditions, do not log on to or use this website.
• We may change these conditions at any time without giving you notice. Please check these conditions from time to time for any changes. By continuing to use the website you agree to all the changes we make to these conditions.

Using 5riversdirect.com

• 5riversdirect.com allows you to search for goods and services and to contact the organisations that provide these goods and services. You are allowed to use the website and the results of any search you carry out on the website for this purpose unless this is not allowed under paragraph 10 of these conditions.
• We may limit your access to some parts of the website depending on whether you have registered with us. Please do not tell other people your log in, password or any other piece of information that is part of our security procedures. We take steps to prevent people misusing the website and to make sure that our rights are not affected.
• You cannot use the website:
• for any unlawful purpose;
• to harm, threaten, abuse or harass another person, or in a way that invades someone's privacy or is (in our reasonable opinion) offensive or is unacceptable or damaging to 5rivers direct Ltd or 5riversdirect.com;
